In order to provide you with an utmost personalized service, an appointment is required prior to your visit.
Each appointment will take between 1.5 to 2 hours per schedule.
Our appointment timings are from Monday to Sunday, 10.30am to 6pm.

During your visit, we will explain the different aspects of a diamond and what makes our Signature diamonds unique from others. We would provide an in-depth educational session on the basic 4Cs, and the use of the HCA tool, Ideal Scope, ASET scope and Hearts & Arrows scope. The session would end of with us showing you our wide range of in-house ring designs and ring customization procedure. This personalized and intimate session would allow us to understand your needs better to recommend a diamond and ring design to suit your preference.
