Due to high volume of orders, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. In such situations, our sales consultants will contact you to discuss on the possible alternatives. If you're interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently on unavailable, do call us and we will assist you as best as we could.

Prices on our products and services displayed are final and non-negotiable.

JANNPAUL makes every conscious effort to ensure prices displayed are as accurate as possible. However, there may be times where, due to system or typographical errors, prices may be inaccurately displayed. In such situations, JANNPAUL reserves the right to correct any and all errors and we will not honour such inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our sales consultant will contact you for further instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order. In cases where order has been shipped, you will agree to return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices.

Diamond certificate are detailed reports created by diamond grading experts at highly-respected diamond laboratories. Such documents will be shipped together with the loose diamond after purchase. At JANNPAUL, our diamonds are graded by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or American Gem Society (AGS). In cases of returned diamond, we require these reports to be shipped back to us as well. If the report is not included, the refund will not be processed.

JANNPAUL recognises and strictly adheres to standards established by the Kimberly process, an initiative that governs the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict (Read more at www.kimberleyprocess.com). We demand the same from our suppliers as well and as such, our diamonds are only purchased from reputable suppliers who trade conflict free diamonds

In order to create a pleasant purchasing experience with JANNPAUL, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. However, due to technological limitations (i.e difference in computer monitor performance), products may vary in terms of size and colour.
